What you need to know for your visit

FAQs

Here are some questions for you to read through. If you have any others please contact me!

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not bill insurance. However, some HSA’s and FSA’s will allow massage for expense. Please contact them to check.

Do you work on people under 18 years old?

Yes, I do work on minors. A parent must sign a release form and be present in the room for treatment.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, massage treatments are by appointment only. Please call 215-259-6124. I will try to accomodate your timing as much as possible.

How long are the massage sessions?

I offer 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours, and 2 hour massage sessions. Please note that is your time on the table, unlike other massage locations, it does not include intake time, or the time you get dressed after the massage.

How often should I get a massage?

It all depends on the need.

  • Most people come once a month as a maintenance or “tune up”.
  • Some come every 2 weeks or even once a week. Everyone is different.

We incorporate various techniques, that are unique to the individual, along with self care suggestions.

Why would I need a massage more often than once a month?

More frequent visits would help:

  • If someone has a very physical job
  • Or a mom carrying young children all day,
  • Or if someone has a high stress job and/or travels a lot.

Seasonal sports like golf usually come with more frequent visits during the season to help keep clients feeling good.
